Shipping Policy

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS

1)      You pay for your order.

2)      You will receive an Order Confirmation Email

3)      The Processing period begins. Processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS . Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

4)      After the processing period is over, your wig will be shipped and fulfilled (1-5 business days).

5)      You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.

6)      Your package is shipped off via USPS Mail (2-5 business days US) (6-10 business days International)

PROCESSING TIME

 Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check your spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us at: 4boujeewigs@gmail.com (for wig orders) or 4boujeebundles@gmail.com (for bundles orders)

 

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

* (United States) 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail

* (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

* This time does not include the processing period

* EXPECT DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS & HOLIDAYS! 

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 4p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day AFTER the processing period. If you need your order expedited, please call/text 612-522-9171 or email: 4boujeebundles@gmail.com (for bundle orders) or 4boujeewigs@gmail.com (for wig orders) before placing an order to see if we are able to meet your expected date of delivery. We will not be held responsible if you did not reach out to us to confirm if we are able to meet your expected date of delivery outside of the normal processing and shipping rules. Please allow us 24-48 hours to respond after contacting us. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number via the email address used on your billing profile.

**Due to recent scams, unethical practices, and chargebacks, we as a company will only ship to the billing address**. If the shipping address differs from billing address the order will be cancelled...NO EXCEPTIONS!!

**NO Refunds **NO EXCEPTIONS

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from BoujeeBundles&Wigs, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

 
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or UPS– depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. BoujeeBundles&Wigs does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
